2000 Spa is a company near Bergamo Italy with a re-designed production
process and the latest technology in robotics. The firm has new painting process
by anaforesis. Quality and client satisfaction are at the top of our priority.
KALDO – Projected and produced by Radiatori 2000 Spa, model Kaldo is going up to
vanguard technologies in order to grant the maximum thermal performance and a
sensible saving of operating costs.
Die-cast aluminium radiator, available wheelbases 350, 500, 600 mm, modern and
round shape easily adaptable to any milieu, also going towards the most exigent
requests.
Productive
Process
Aluminium alloy used is guaranteed regarding the quality and the conformity with
regulations, offering an exceptional thermal conduction, a strong mechanical
resistance, durable and resistance to corrosion.
Tested at a pressure of 9 BAR. (Maximum working pressure is 6 Bar) Last stages
of painting is made by a previous treatment of surfaces and then by the
veritable painting.
The previous treatment is made up of a degreasing, first realized by spray and
then by immersion, using deoxidization and fluorozirconatura.
Painting is made by anaforesis proceed and redefined by epossipoliesteri (epoxidic)
powder, in order to grant to the radiator the final aspect in the color Ral
9016.
Packing: each battery is covered by a thermo-retractable film and put into a
resistant carton on which there are all the product data.
All these operations are regularly spaced out by qualitative controls both
visual level then instrumental.
The product is
guarantee if the plant has been made in accordance with the current rules and in
observance of the installation orders written on this catalogue.

Installation
and maintenance
In order to obtain the best performances of product we suggest the following
ways of installation:
The minimum distance from the radiator to the wall must be 3 cm, the minimum
height from the floor must be 12 cm. If the radiator is set up into a niche, the
distance from the upper level must be at least 10 cm.
Be sure that water admission have not a speed upper than 0,6 m/s and a pressure
upper than 9 Bar.
The system water’s pH must be between 7 and 8.
Maximum working pressure is 6 Bar.
Each radiator must be equipped with an air valve (if possible an automatic one)
Abrasive products and solvents must not be used to clean the radiator’s
surfaces.
The perfect tightness of elements and accessories is guarantee only using their
own gaskets.
