plate heat exchangers are manufactured with stainless steel plates,
appropriately shaped, divided by suitable gaskets and packed together in a
galvanized carbon steel frame (Z1 and Z1K) or painted frame (Z2, Z3 and z$).
This peculiar shape of plates allows turbulent motion of the fluid inside the
heat exchanger. This guarantees a high thermal exchange coefficient value. This
is why, with small weight and dimensions, they can reach a high power of heat
exchange.
