GENERAL FEATURES

The automatic fl oating type air vents are useful to be used in the heating system to release air form the installation.
Are also suitable to be used to release air from over and/or underground fresh water distribution (see standard EN 805).

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

• Connections conform to STANDARD ISO 228/1
• Max working pressure: 10 bar
• Max continous working temperature. 110°C
All valves are individually tested.
Tests conform to STANDARD EN 1074-4.

 
 

CONSTRUCTION

Body and plug in hot pressed brass EN 12165 - CW617N.
Seat turned from brass bar EN 12164 - CW614N.
Float made in high resistance polipropilene (PP).
Washers in rubber NBR.

 
 

Air vent “side discharge”

 
 

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

• Connections conform to STANDARD ISO 228/1
• Max working pressure: 10 bar
• Max continous working temperature 110°C
All valves are individually tested.
Tests conform to STANDARD EN 1074-4.

 
 

CONSTRUCTION
Body and plug in hot pressed brass EN 12165 - CW617N.
Seat in high resistance acetalic resins.
Float made in high resistance polipropilene (PP).
Washers in rubber NBR.

 
     
 

Isolating valve

 
 

GENERAL FATURES
The isolating valve allows the airvent’s removal, from the installation,
without any water’s leakage

• Max continous working temperature. 110 °C

Body turned from brass bar EN 12164 - CW614N.
Inner valve in high resistance acetalic resins.
